Thursday 7th March see the start of our Cancer: Thriving and Surviving Course. Run over 6 weeks, this course is for people recovering from cancer treatment. Subjects covered include dealing with fatigue, nutrition and exercise. This course is currently full but there will be another running in the near future.

That time of year again, we are selling our lovely hand knitted Easter chicks (filled with a chocolate egg)  here in the LARCC centre and they will also be on sale in shops in Mullingar and the surrounding areas. These cheerful little chicks come in a variety of vibrant colours and great value at €2.
